In Autumn 2017, OnTarget Consulting & Research in partnership with G2 Crowd and Heinz Marketing, conducted a survey to understand the impact reviews have on purchases for B2B buyers, how marketers are using reviews in their marketing efforts, and the connection between the two of them.

Nine out of 10 B2B buyers are more likely to purchase a product after reading a trusted review, but only one in five companies companies not utilizing reviews are considering adding them into their marketing mix.
